As a background; I purchased a total of 4 handsets %u2013 Galaxy S4 in Nov 2013 . 3 out of 4 of the mobile phones were sent back to service center due to battery issue & auto restart issue within a week of purchased date.

Currently,I have faced several issue with my mobile, could not received or made a call intermittently. Sometimes it just hang or Contact page is blank.
I have sent for servicing at Samsung service center at Jurong Point ,Singapore for 3 times for the same issue. Making 6 trips back & forth within a month. It hasn't been fixed & I am waiting for collection notification currently.

Total customer experience with Samsung is utterly disappointing.

Ok,an update for this issue. I have just collected my mobile from the service center today after 10 days of waiting and yet still problem not resolved. It is simply not working for basic function of a phone to jus dial or receive a call.
It is a totally a thumb down for both Samsung mobile & customer service.
