Faulty Mobile Phone. - Samsung S8


I purchased a S8 phone directly from Samsung shop in April 2016 because of my previous S7 became very hot when I was using it.When I received the Phone it was Faulty and damaged. I immediately reported it to the Samsung shop. A collection was arranged.A few weeks later Samsung is refused to replace my brand new phone and Samsung hasn't sort it out as yet
